Then there is the DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) layer which is a synthetic diamond nano-coating to bring up the hardness and bring down the friction. Specially designed inner link spacing to better grab modern chainrings. Not only is this Box's best performing chain, but it might be THE best performing chain out there.
