Kink Roaster 12" BMX Freestyle Bike-Gloss Digital Red

The Kink 2022 Roaster 12" BMX Freestyle Bike-Gloss Digital Red in intended as your precocious kid's very first BMX bike. It's got 12" tires and a frame size that matches a balance bike, so your little one should feel most comfortable transitioning to using pedals. Considering the young age this bike is intended for, Kink has included a coaster brake instead of a brake lever/caliper because let's be honest, some kids are just too young to coordinate hands both steering and braking at the same time. Even some adults aren’t great at that! On that note, the frame does have a mount for a caliper or 990 brake plate if you do feel your kid is ready to deal with a brake lever. This bike features components specifically designed to match the frame geometry to make the whole package proportional to adult sized bmx bikes.
